Our team at The Japanese Shop try very hard to impress you with the quality of our Japanese gifts and the quality of our service, but if we have disappointed you in any way, we are genuinely very sorry.
 
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact the Managing Director, Mr Jez Willard, who will treat the matter in complete confidence, acknowledge your complaint within 3 days and aim to resolve the matter completely within 7 days.
