Hello there i would please like to comment on my bio ion bracelet ive been reading that helps with your bodies own CHI to help it flow free wow yes this true, when i first wore my bracelet it started to give out a warm feeling around my wrist.. like a tingling. it also helps with a lot of health problems like depression. stress. and back problems..so thank you very much for this bio ion bracelet......

I received my order today and can I just say.....THANK YOU!! Everything was packaged so well and I am so pleased with how everything looks and smells. My daughter will be so over the moon with her card with the message written in Japanese and her little year of the dragon lucky cat key holder. I also adore my Ion bracelet, which is so comfy to wear and I hope it will help some of my MS symptoms. The raspberry and apple diffusers smell gorgeous and I'm sure they will fragrance my bathroom well. Hello Hiromi, I just wanted to email you to let you know how delighted I was to receive my order. I have bought these as gifts for family. The order was accurately gathered, was very quick to arrive and absolutely beautifully wrapped. As these are gifts, I have not opened them. I have sent them on to the recipients and again they have not been opened, but, my family (who have recently been on a trip to Japan and fallen in love with the country) were absolutely thrilled with how beautiful they looked. They are very excited about opening them on Christmas day. I'm very much looking forward to seeing the contents myself! Before ordering I rung to check a couple of things and the customer service from Jez Willard was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I placed the order on a Friday, and the Kimono was delivered Monday morning! The first thing to say is that the Kimono was packaged beautifully in a sturdy gift box. The Kimono is honestly stunning.... the quality and workmanship is pristine, and the colours are amazing. I ordered the full length size 16+, and am very happy with the fit. Being disabled, I rely on the internet for all of my shopping needs; it's so nice to find a website/company that really care about their customers, and who provide good quality goods! Many thanks!!

Japanese incense are the finest in the world. They specialise in particular, lightness and delicacy. Being just shy of 80mm long, the burn time is round about 15 min. The bonus is that the scent lingers long after burning. If you prefer incense with no wood or spice or sandalwood, look no further. This is the orchard experience. And what a fine experience.

Hello All at The Japanese Shop, I received my two kokeshi dolls on Friday. I opened my parcel, which arrived very quickly may I add, beautifully wrapped. It wasn't until I read my packing note that I realised I had received this service for free. It's definitely a service I would use again. My dolls looked too pretty to unwrap. I cannot wait to make another order. Your website is certainly helping my doll collection grow. Just wanted to pass on my thanks with regards to my recent order. I am absolutely thrilled, as always, with the speedy, personalised service and high quality products that you offer. The parasol is delightful and the ninja Kokeshi doll is a unique addition to my collection. I often order boxes of washi origami paper from yourselves and with each box, the papers inside seem to be even more beautiful! I make my own greeting and gift cards and often use these papers to do so. Each time, I am complimented on how beautiful and unique the papers are. Similarly, the gift wrapping you use on your products is so lovely that it always seemed a shame to simply throw it all away afterwards. As such, I recycle every inch of your gift wrap now for my cards so that it can be enjoyed again and again. Of course, when people ask where it has come from or compliment the paper (as they often do!) I am only too pleased to point them in the direction of your website so that they can enjoy your products and service for themselves!

Initially I was impressed at having received this item only 2 days after placing an order. When I placed the order I wasn't able to add the gift wrapping option so I left a note asking for it to be added and was very pleased to see that my note had been read as my item came wrapped so delicately and beautifully. I was able to unwrap it to see the doll and I could re-wrap it as if it hadn't been opened. The doll itself is lovely. So well made and finished, I can't wait to give this as a gift. Hi there, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the excellent customer service you provide! Just got off the phone with yourselves and i am so impressed! Straight through to an actual person - no machines, and so very helpful and polite.  How nice it is not to waste an hour trying to sort something out. Along with the fab customer service also the delivery is fantastic! Everything arrives so quickly. 3 - 5 working days is an understatement and the FREE gift wrapping is amazing and so beautiful! I've paid for this service elsewhere and it's been nowhere near the quality of The Japanese Shop! As with many of your customers I can only agree with them as to your excellent service.  Even in this snowy weather you managed to get my order delivered within a few days.  As my items are Christmas gifts I cannot leave feedback on them, but I have no doubt that I and the recipient will be delighted with them once they are opened - I love the packaging and will present them in the Japanese way by handing them over with 'two hands'.  I am sure that I will be back again to shop and will leave feedback on these items that I have purchased after Christmas. Hi, I have over the years done a lot of shopping on the net and from time to time things go wrong its natural. Along with my order to The Japanese Shop I received a wrong item, I emailed them the same day telling them. Not ten minutes had went by when I received a phone call apologizing for the mistake also they told me to keep the item and they would post the proper item to me, which they did first class. My husband bought the Black Flower Kimono for me as an anniversary gift. He has been contemplating it for years and finally took the plunge this year. I am delighted!
