On receipt of the goods, and assuming they are in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the price of the goods plus the cost of the original postage paid within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Exchanges

If you choose to exchange the product for a more expensive item, you must arrange additional payment together with the returned product. A replacement product will not be despatched until such additional payment has been received. If you wish to exchange the gift for a cheaper item we will refund the difference.

Damages

We very carefully quality control check all of our products and are extremely careful to ensure that sufficient packing is used to keep your gift safe in transit, however if your order is damaged please accept our sincere apologies.
