Yakisoba Noodles

Yakisoba Noodles (102g) or fried noodles in sauce, are considered to be a Japanese dish but originated in China and are technically a derivative of Chinese chow mein. Yakisoba Noodles are made from wheat flour similar to ramen and are typically flavoured with a sweetened, thickened variant of Worcestershire sauce.

Here's how to make really tasty and really quick Yakisoba Noodles;

1. Add the block of noodles to 1 cup (220ml) of boiling water and cook for 1 minute then flip them over and cook the other side for an additional minute. Use chopsticks to begin breaking them apart.
2. When the noodles have separated and the water been absorbed, add the sachets of seasoning and stir well.
3. Remove to a plate and add mayonnaise if required.
4. Try adding vegetables or meat for even more flavour.
