Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your new Japanese gifts but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please follow these simple guidelines to use our free returns service within 28 days of you receiving your order;
Returns and Exchanges (in the UK)
Step 1. Please email us requesting a return quoting your full name, address and order number. We will then send you a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label and a How to Return your Order Form by Royal Mail 1st Class which you should receive the following day.
Step 2. Carefully re-package your unused and unwanted items with the original packaging and (importantly) please include a completed How to Return your Order Form.
Step 3. On receipt, please affix the Royal Mail label to the package, make sure that no other address is visible, hand it in at any Post Office and ask for a Proof of Posting Receipt.
Returns usually take 2 working days to arrive at our office and we will then action your return or exchange within 1-2 working days. Please note that unless the items are faulty, we will refund the cost of the returned products but not the original postage charge.

On safe receipt of the returned goods we will arrange an exchange or a refund within 1-2 working days.
If you would like to exchange an item simply return the item as per the above instructions. If you wish to exchange the product for a more expensive item, you must arrange additional payment together with the returned product. A replacement product will not be despatched until such additional payment has been received. If you wish to exchange the gift for a cheaper item we will refund the difference.
We carefully quality control check all of our products and are extremely careful to ensure that sufficient packing is used to keep your gift safe in transit. However, if your order is damaged or faulty please accept our very sincere apologies and email us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a return and full refund or exchange whichever you prefer.
