Extended Christmas Returns
To help you have more confidence with your Christmas shopping we always extend our 100% guaranteed no-quibble free returns policy to all orders received after 1st November! Please still make sure that your order is still returned with the original packing and in re-saleable condition.
Ordering over Christmas
Feel free to place your order at any time over the Christmas holiday period but please note the following;
- Orders received after 12 noon on Tuesday 23rd December will not be despatched before Christmas.
- Our office will be closed (no orders processed) from 12noon on Wednesday 24th December to Sunday 28th December.
- Our office will re-open (start processing orders) on Monday 29th December.

For UK delivery;
- 2pm Friday19th December (standard delivery)
- 2pm Monday 22nd December (next day delivery)
For EU delivery;
- Thursday 4th December
For Rest of World delivery;
- Thursday 27th November
