The Japanese Shop Returns Policy
Simple, FAST and FREE Returns
We want you to be delighted with your new Japanese gifts so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email us requesting an exchange or refund within 28 days. To arrange a return it could not be more simple!
For most returns we use a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Service, you do not need to pay anything, but please follow these guidelines;
Stating that you would like a return and we will post you a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label which should arrive the next day.
Re-Package the Goods
Carefully, safely and where possible in the original packaging, include a copy of your original order and a note explaining your new requirements.
Affix the Delivery Label
Affix the delivery label from Royal Mail to the package and simply drop it off at any Post Office!
If it is more convenient for you to arrange the return please return the goods to us at the address below, at your expense;

Extended Christmas Returns? To help you have more confidence with your Christmas shopping we always extend our 100% guaranteed no-quibble free returns policy to all orders received after 1st November until the end of January. Please still make sure that your order is still returned with the original packing and in re-saleable condition.
If you would like to exchange an item simply return the item as per the above instructions. If you wish to exchange the product for a more expensive item, you must arrange additional payment together with the returned product. A replacement product will not be despatched until such additional payment has been received. If you wish to exchange the gift for a cheaper item we will refund the difference.
We carefully quality control check all of our products and are extremely careful to ensure that sufficient packing is used to keep your gift safe in transit. However, if your order is damaged or faulty please accept our very sincere apologies and email us as soon as possible after receipt and we will collect the items and arrange a refund or exchange whichever you prefer.
