The cats have both paws raised, inviting wealth and prosperity, and are decorated with black patches and a red scarf. The black Japanese characters on the cats tummy and the red kanji characters on the bamboo and paper hanging down from the wind chime mean, 'to bring happiness'! It is said that wind chimes were originally hung at each corner of a temple to frighten away evil spirits. We want you to be delighted with your order so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, for UK based customers, please follow these 3 simple steps for a prompt exchange or refund;
1. Email us requesting a return and we will email or send you a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label and Returns Form.
2. Carefully re-package the goods in their original packaging, include a copy of your order and a completed Returns Form.
3. Affix the delivery label from Royal Mail to the package and simply drop it off at any Post Office!
On receipt of the goods, and assuming they are in a re-saleable condition, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 working days.
